Laptop Checkouts

Student Media is not able to support standard equipment checkouts due to COVID-19, but we are currently able to provide laptop checkouts Any student who wants to initiate a check out must email sctvequipment@gmail.com and make an appointment with an equipment manager.

Website Assistance

Due to COVID-19, the Student Media web developer will be hosting their office hours online. Time slots can be booked via Google Calendar appointments. If those times do not work, please send us an email (studentmediawebdev@gmail.com) and we can work out a different time that works for you!

Let’s Talk Elections

Next Wednesday, Sept. 30, SOL Council is hosting a voter registration/information event called "Let's Talk Elections: Register, Learn, Engage." We'll support folx who have questions about registering for the election and want to talk about what's on the ballot in California.

Voter Registration Training

Join SOMeCA student leaders and learn how to register our communities to vote so that they can participate in this upcoming election. This training will address how to register someone using the virtual voter registration form, key deadlines, and essential information for student voters. Not sure how to engage with voters? This includes a communication workshop on how to talk with voters!
